The hardest part is starting.
For the last two years, I have owned this blogged. I often thought about the post I would write and even began to write a few ideas down. However, they have never made it. For the past 911 days, I have been contemplating if I would start.
The reason I felt I could never start:
- Fear, is this what I should be doing?
- Will I guide someone down a pathway of materialism?
- Can I be consistent?
- If I show up, will others.
The list would go on, and on, and on. However, something about today seemed perfect. This season of my life has not been perfect, but so much was birthed from it. Fear can not have a place in my life, and I want you to understand that.
So, let us begin this journey together. Let me start by introducing myself with a few fun facts.
My name is LaKeya Jackson, and I am on a journey of healing, obedience, and faith. While the journey may not be straightforward, I understand I am called.
